The real deal or a total steal?

Friendly staff made breakfast enjoyable, and the rooms were immaculate and comfy! I'm especially grateful to Shelia for her hospitality and warmth .

Despite the inviting atmosphere, our experience was marred by parking difficulties and our room initially lacked essential amenities. We also dealt with complaints about noise that detracted from our sleep.

The staff there were immensely pleasant and efficient. Unbeatable very central location really close to Close to restaurants. It also was by everything the location was everything.

It had nothing special views.

Comfortable room, friendly atmosphere, with a great breakfast with an awesome server who went out of her way to assist guests and a convenient location with easy access to local attractions.

Nothing to complain about at all.

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the years. This time I had a group of friends coming in from different locations in Texas and this was the one I recommended because it was between Austin and Georgetown. Over the last several years it's quality has not gone down. It is still is as nice as it ever was. I will return!

Outdated room features could use an upgrade!!! Limited TV channel selection leaves much to be desired!!! Poor shower water pressure is disappointing!!!

Staff went out of there way to make the stay enjoyable.

The room was super clean and quiet, plus the outdoor pool was a lovely way to unwind after a long day. Really appreciated the lovely gift bag with snacks waiting for me!

The bed wasn't exactly a cloud; more like a slightly deflated balloon!

The Beautiful King room was really nice! The bed was super comfortable, and the pillows were great too. I loved how clean everything was-I mean, fresh linens and a tidy room. Definitely a plus! The check-in and check-out were smooth. Can't go wrong with this place if you're looking for comfort!

I have stayed at many Hampton Inns and have never been dissappointed. Consistently excellent.

The front desk staff was courteous and helpful and the breakfast was pretty good.

Was given incorrect directions pertaining to location of hotel.Had to ask to have room vacuumed. Room service didn't clean while we were out. Charged $50.00 to my debit card for incidentals even though I paid cash up front for the room.
